The FEX Climate – Pilot Project Underway logo is awarded to businesses that have implemented a detailed emissions management program at a project, pilot site or facility AND have had their Voluntary Emissions Reduction Plan certified by an independent 3rd party verifier.

Undertaking a pilot project will provide valuable experiences that will inform the processes needed to implement a comprehensive voluntary emissions reduction plan across a businesses entire operations. Some businesses may elect to undertake a number of pilot projects before attempting to address the VERP 4 criteria across their entire business.
